Paul Zell was born and raised in Lock Haven, PA. After graduating from Penn College Paul and his Lady Judy married in 1973.They have four children; Kim, Dan, Angie, and Shawn; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Paul received all three of his blue lodge degrees at Le Belle Valley Lodge no. 232 in Jersey Shore, PA in 1993. He served as their Masonic Education Chairman from 1998-2007, President MTA from 2002-2008 and Worshipful
Master in 1998 & 2007. He is a member of Lafayette RAC No. 163 Chapter in Lock Haven, PA and has served as Treasurer in 2010 and 2011 and as Most Excellent High Priest three times (2003, 2004, and 2008). He is also a member of Nittany Council No. 57 in State College, PA and Northeastern York Rite college No. 102 in Towanda, PA. Paul is also a long time member of the Ancient Accept Scottish Rite (AASR) Valley of Williamsport and recently became a member of the Valley of Altoona.
Paul became a Jaffa Shriner in 2004 and has been a member of the Clinton County Shrine Club since then. He has been a member of the Jaffa Motor Corps since 2005 and a Jaffa Roadrunner since 2008. He has served as President of the Clinton County Shrine Club (2009) and President of the Motor Corps (2010). He was elected High Priest and Prophet of the Jaffa Shrine in January 2012.
